It is not a secret that some of the enemies in Dead Cells can be particularly dishevelled-looking, so why not give them a hand? Released on PC and coming to mobile games soon, the Clean Cut update gives you the tools you need to become the world's most violent hair stylist.

Sweeney Todd will be taking notes, as you will be able to pick up two brand new weapons, starting with the Sewing Scissors. A Survival weapon, unfortunately, this massive pair of cutting utensils has the ability to instantly dispatch all enemies it touches provided that one of them will fall by the attack’s standard damage.

The Giant Comb, a rather ridiculous-sounding weapon, is a weapon that somehow scales on Brutality, the most dangerous comb in existence. The first strike will launch your enemies in the air, which works fairly well with its innate ability to deal critical damage to enemies off the ground. So, prepare to enter the stylist circus.

Alongside these two new weapons, you will be able to meet a new character; The Tailor’s newly-revealed daughter, because style runs in the family. Given that the Beheaded doesn’t have hair you may be thinking what's the point, but stow the pessimism a moment! She also possesses the skills to style the flames on your head, resulting in a Bobby version for all skins.

Finally, there are a few gameplay tweaks getting thrown into the mix as well. The new Speedrun Mode will add an in-game timer so you can practise your speedy skills, and the Boss Rush will now let you select the bosses you will face just in case you need practice on.
