Head to the seaside for a relaxing getaway, or strap on your snorkel and dive into some forgotten ruins in the latest update to Ni No Kuni: Cross Worlds. Two new areas have been added to explore, as well as some massive boosts to characters' maximum Class and skill levels.
Tourists will have an easy time exploring the seaside city of Treynia with the help of its excellent train system, which can be used any time of day to kick back and enjoy the scenery. For a bit more excitement, head to the sunken kingdom of Hydropolis and explore a land forgotten in time. Both these areas are fully stocked with new quests to complete and titles to claim.
If you are itching for a fight, head to Treynia Volcano, the new Chaos Field perfect to level your heroes up in. You could even complete the Adventure Record and claim the Field Treasure Chests to obtain two new costume sets; The Treynian Civilian Outfit, and the Arcana Expedition Diving Suit.
To make the most of all this new content, the maximum Class Grade has increased to 15, with further increases to each class’s maximum Basic Skill levels. You can also try out the six new skills and add them to your combat repertoire. Five additional pages have also been added to the Tetro Puzzle, and you can collect four new types of Heart Stars.
Along with new areas, come new events to celebrate with. If you log in for 14 consecutive days you will get some incredibly rare items, including a 4-Star Headgear Factory Rare Higgledy Hiring Certificate on day seven, and the Armor equivalent on Day 14. You could use this new gear in your free extra visits to the Fire Template and Familiars’ Cradle thanks to the Power Up Dungeon Double Up Event.
Finally, more free goodies can be gotten from the Treasure Hunt and Summer Dice Events. By collecting compasses and dice through completing missions, you have the chance to nab powerful rewards like Pet Summon Coupons, Artifact Summon Chests, and 6-Star Gem Selection Chests.
