The martial arts era is calling, as it often does, with Brown Dust 2 answering through its latest character pack drop. Follow the story of sword fighter extraordinaire Sylvia, and take part in the Windy Cat season to win yourself a plethora of powerful prizes.

Tales of the Sword is Brown Dust 2’s sixth Character Pack and follows Sylvia as she has a run-in with the tiny Terrorfiend Yuri. You can immersive yourself in the full experience of the story’s setting thanks to the pack voiceovers in Korean and Japanese, as you engage with this touching and emotional story.

To celebrate the release of this new sword queen, the Windy Cat season event will be running, starring a story about the giant monster of the aptly named Terrorfiend village, and in stark contrast, some fun little minigames. Take part in the Dice Game and test your luck for a chance to win Draw Tickets, Ancient Crystals and Diamonds. Also, simply log in and build up your cumulative logins to net yourself more Draw Tickets, more Diamonds, and Blood Cocktails.

Also in this update, there is a nice helping of enhanced gameplay features. Chief among these is the dash function. Originally introduced during the Closed Beta Test, it is a bit of a travesty that it took this long to make it to the production version, there is almost nothing worse in gaming than having to slowly traipse across the map.

Joining this long overuse speed boost is the new Jar object which appears throughout various packs and will allow players to acquire in-game items and stamina. Finally, the UI has had quite the glow-up, primarily around Talent Skills, with a mind for quick and seamless use, hopefully resulting in an easier time.
