It has been five years since Mattel163 brought its iconic, and relationship-ruining, card game to phones, and since then UNO! Mobile has become a hit. There are over 300 million players worldwide, a number that seems both high and surprisingly a little low for this world-famous game, and it is time to celebrate with some new rewards and shops.
Until February 28th, players can step into the glittering lights of the Anniversary Carnival. By playing your standard matches and generally having a good time, you will start to collect card packs. Get enough, and you will complete your Card Carnival Collection, which can then be traded for the new anniversary-themed deck.
Returning for a slightly shorter time, until January 28th specifically, is the Anniversary Shop, and it is bigger and better than ever. There are over 200 decorations to browse including card effects, avatar frames, and more. Simply log in and play games to start collecting shop tokens, and get yourself an all-new style.
One of the worst things about game events in general is the time-limited nature. You miss this month's window or start playing later and you can never get these certain rewards. Well, now you can collect some of the most popular card collections from past seasons, including the Fantástica Day of the Dead Collection and the Cat Card Collection.
The other really cool addition is the UNO! Mobile 5-Year Memories implementation. This generates a report based on each player’s achievements across the game's life. These kinds of stats are already interesting, however, you will also be getting a title to match your playing style, which is a nice little touch.
