Mystery and mysticism abound on the island of Kaia, as strange objects appear in Play Together. By exploring this new phenomenon you can meet some new NPCs, get gifts, and partake in some fun events. There is also a new pet incoming which blows all of this out of the water.

As you explore Kaia Island you may notice that you keep stumbling across some strange spirit stones. You may even be tempted to collect this, however, doing so as a novice will most likely result in you catching fire or some other outcome you should avoid. Thankfully, there is help.

Also hearing of these new stones are the elves, with an Elementalist and Apprentice Elementalist also making haste to the island. With their help, you can safely harvest these items, and you will even gain mysterious spirit gifts. You will also start collecting spirit dice to use in the new event.

The Mysterious Spirit Forest event works by, as you no doubt worked out, rolling these spirit dice. You know where this is going; roll the dice, move the spaces, and grab the rewards from the spot. A simple premise, but one that can get you a spirit egg that can hatch into a spirit pet, a Tree Spirit Bug Net, or the Apprentice Elementalist Costume, to name but a few options.

The Forest Spirit Attendance event will be running, allowing you to obtain items such as Gems, a Stackable Spirit Hat, a Dangling Spirit Fishing Rod, and more for simply showing up for seven days, and we all love free gear.

Finally, and most importantly, and frankly the whole reason I wished to write about this. On the 19th, players will be able to get their hands on a large, adorable, fluffy, goodest boy in the form of a Samoyed. It is a cloud with legs that will follow you around, what more could you ask for?
