It’s going to be a big two months for Genshin Impact fans, as HoYo lays out their upcoming new version and a monthly challenge domain. An Everlasting Dream Intertwined will land June 5th, and bring new characters, more secrets about Khaenri'ah, and the return of Travelers and Dainsleif.

After you have raced through this new story it will soon be July 1st, which brings the debut of the Imaginarium Theater, a hidden chamber in the Mondstadt Library. At this point, the Spiral Abyss will also switch to a monthly cycle, resetting on the 16th.

The Theatre has a variety of modes restricted to characters of certain elements and a limit to how many times they can fight. As you battle you will get a series of buffs and debuffs to content with, and will eventually be able to expand from the initial lineup of six designated characters preset by the domain, your friends Supporting Cast characters, and a few special guests.

After Arlecchino laid the groundwork, we will be seeing the arrival of a further two characters who will utilise the Bond of Life mechanic. Clorinde is a Champion Duelist of Fontaine, as well as a five-star Electro sword wielder. She has a Night Vigil state with multiple attack styles, and she can use Bond stacks to heal herself.

Sticking to the healing front, you can also recruit Sigewinne, the Melusine head nurse for the Fortress of Meropide. Her healing gets increased based on the total Bond of Life values across all characters, making her perfect for Alecchino and Clorinde. Finally, we have the four-star Electro archer Sethos, who can fire a volley of piercing bolts with his Elemental Burst.

For the Version 4.7 Event Wishes you can get your hands on Clorinde and Sethos in the first half, along with Alhaitham's rerun. Then Sigewine will be featured in the second half, as well as the return Furina. You can also get to know Clorinde and Sigewinne a bit more through their Story Quests. 

If you like your fun on the smaller side then lucky you, we will be getting a new tower defence mini-game. Mutual Security Enhancing Simulation will let you take on either an offensive or defensive role, deploying monster troops to gain victory. Finally, the Original Resin cap will rise to 200 for more dailies.
