Sometimes you just don’t want to cook unless you are backed up by one of the biggest K-pop groups there have ever been, and luckily Com2uS now has you covered. The publishers have confirmed that BTS Cooking On: TinyTAN Restaurant will be released on August 7th, almost worldwide.
Developed by Grampus, BTS Cooking On is a cooking simulator featuring the massive hit band BTS. It's all there in the title. Fans might be worried about entrusting the band's name to just any developer, but Grampus has proven themselves with a combined 33 million downloads in the cooking game genre with titles such as Cooking Adventure and My Little Chef.
You will travel the world and stop in various cities with the TinyTAN crew, effectively chibi versions of the band, and delight the masses by launching plates of food at them. You will serve up cultural dishes such as bibimbap in Seoul, nasi goreng in Bali, and classic steak in New York.
The gameplay is controlled by simply tapping so anyone can pick it up. Whilst you aren't cooking you can start amassing a host of collectables including photo cards featuring the TinyTAN crew, and stages you can decorate. After setting up your perfect venue, you can play BTS music, which is a nice little treat.
Upon launch on August 7th, BTS Cooking On will support 11 languages. These include Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese, German, French, and Thai, and will be available in over 170 regions, so you will have a good chance to experience it.
BTS Cooking On is available to pre-order from the App Store and Google Play, and if you stick your name down you will also get some nice rewards. Upon launch, everyone who registers will get an SR Chef Photocard Ticket, an SR Butter Photocard Ticket, and 20 Booster Piece Random Boxes.
