In a piece of unbelievable news, Reverse 1999 is celebrating its first anniversary, despite it feeling like it has been much longer. If we choose to believe Bluepoch games about this, I am sceptical, then we too can mark the occasion with Version 1.9, dubbed Vereinsamt.
That translates from German to the word Lonely, which you certainly won’t be if you log in during the anniversary season. That is because everyone will receive the free six-star Semmelweis, the five-star Matilda, and 30 free pulls. If you are logging in for the first time, then that number fires up to 100 pulls, a great time to start.
You can then throw all these pulls into the Thoughts in Cylinder, for a chance to recruit the new six-star DPS, Lucy. Starting October 10th, you can spend on the fan-favourite Kakania. After getting all these characters, train them up to attack the upcoming rouge-like mode, A Series of Dusks. This mode brings another new character, the five-star Lorelei.
If you are looking to dress up your favourite characters, the first unique garment has been released for Regulus; Take Off! To the Future. Not only will they look different, it packs a new Ultimate animation amongst other features. Jessica and Voyager also debut garments, and you can get a free outfit for Sonetto by completing anniversary tasks.
Looking forward, Reverse 1999 will soon collaborate with Discovery and KOI shortly. Discovery will bring garments for Tooth Fairy and Getian, whilst Signature KOI will bring Reverse to two of their signature stores.
Finally, fans near Los Angeles can head to the first Offline Exhibition, To the Past Times. Taking place October 26th and 27th, 481 S Fairfax Ave will host a series of special artworks, including iconic items and posters from the game. You can also kick back in the film room and view music videos, trailers, and other such exhibitions.
Reverse 1999 is available to download from the App Store and Google Play, and given the 100 pulls it is the perfect time to try is you have any interest at all.
