Star Wars: Hunters braces for backlash as a new Ewok character enters the battlefield

If you know about the universe of Star Wars then you might be aware that the introduction of Ewoks in Return of the Jedi was a little bit controversial, to say the least. Star Wars: Hunters then is going to give fans another reason to be potentially peeved as new character Pilbush arrives in the fight.

Pilbush is the herald of season 3, dubbed Echoes of the Rebellion. This is a frigid Hoth-themed upgrade that brings with it the Hoth Frontline map and some icy-themed cosmetics. The headline is of course the Ewok themselves, a self-proclaimed Rebel Alliance Superfan with a burning hatred of the Empire. As such, the seasonal clash event will pit Pitbush against Stormtrooper Sentinel, but they won’t be fighting alone.

Whilst stomping around on her custom-built All Terrian Ewok Transport, which despite Pilbush hating the empire looks suspiciously like an AT-ST proving hypocrisy is alive and well in the Ewok community, you can whip out so interesting moves. The first is the straightforward Mechanical Leap, which is great for mobility and trying to land on people for fun.

For more support you can use Overload to refresh the Leap, as well as gain temporary health, faster reload, and a general speed boost. Perfect as you chase your target down for a Throw Wisties attack, flinging an arc of fire sprites for explosive damage. Enemies caught in this will be both damaged and slowed, perfect for Pilbush’s Ultimate.

Proving just exactly how they earned the title of Grenadier, Pilbush’s Ultimate attack is called Cluster Bomb, and we can also guess how that goes. After firing a single explosive that knocks enemies back, it will detonate into a series of smaller bombs to rain down pain on anyone present. Yub Nub indeed.
