Yostar Games has announced the release of Arknights' latest update, and it is bringing with it quite a few gifts. Absolved Will Be the Seekers - a very fancy title it must be said - comes with four new operators to collect, including a six-star medic you can recruit for free, if you put in a little effort.
By completing the stages in this update such as the eponymous Hidden Front, and Secret Place, you will start to rack up Emergency Inhibitors. These can be traded at the Strategic Arsenal for a host of valuable items. This includes furniture, Headinghunting Permits, and the 5-star Operator Scene.
Our first 6-star Operator is Wiš'adel. Her attacks deal increased ATK against the main target and will attach an afterimage to them. When affected by Wiš'adel aftershock the image will explode, shocking and dealing damage to all enemies near the detonation point. When deployed, she will also summon a Revenant’s Shadow and will gain camouflage when standing near them.
The Core Caster Operator Logos doesn’t do anything fancy, instead opting for pure power. When attacking a foe he has a chance to strike a random target within range, slowing them for a short time. Our final 6-star is Civilight Eterna, a support unit that heals allies every second, which is quite a lot. What’s more, you can get Eterna for free. Simply complete Absolved Will Be the Seekers stages and Hidden Front missions, which will unlock confidential recordings in Secret Place.
Taking a slight step down in numbers, we also have a new 5-star in Charger Fang the Fire-sharpened. When they defeat an enemy Fang obtains one DP and will refund the original DP cost when retreated. She also reduced the cost of her first deployment and when retreated, reduced the cost of the next deployed operator. A very useful unit for controlling DP.
Arknights is available to download from the App Store and Google Play.
