The world of Sky: Children of the Light has always been quite a stunning place design-wise. Even the characters have their own sort of eerie beauty to them, despite those terrifyingly soulless eyes. Piercing stares aside, Sky is set to get even more joyously looking, thanks to the Season of Radiance.
As the name invokes, things are about to get a lot more shiny primarily through the use of colour. As you travel throughout the world you will start to notice that a few new types of Dark Plants have begun to sprout. If you harvest them you will get different colours of Light which you can craft into dyes.
Of course, we all know what to do with dyes; big colouring in pens. You can make a number of reds, greens, yellows and more to paint the world with. Crucially, however, you can also mix them together to create even more special looks. Maybe you will invent a whole new colour entirely, and name it something that will finally rhyme with orange. Blorange.
To unlock new colours to play with you will need to play through the Seasonal Quests. After you have, you can go nuts with the recolouring. Luckily, you can preview colour combinations before you commit, and a lot of existing items can be played with too. Each item can have two dyed versions of themselves saved with the Outfit Styles option, which is pretty generous.
If you are bored of your old clothes no matter how blorange you manage to dye them then fear not. Simply head over to the Season Spirits and you will be able to reinvent your wardrobe. Hairstyles, outfits, capes, an instrument and more will be up for grabs so you can put your best foot forward for any occasion.
