Hands-on with Why Does It Spin?, the action puzzler that will leave you spinning

In Why Does It Spin? you control a slowly rotating stick and must guide it through an obstacle course without touching the sides. It's a bit Operation, a tad Marble Madness, and a whole lot Kuru Kuru Kururin.
